Drishti’s experience began with high-stakes criminal trials and advisory mandates, particularly involving offences under the Prevention of Corruption Act and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. Over time, her expertise expanded to encompass complex civil-commercial disputes, cross-border advisory, Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms, and legal compliance work, including Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) matters and contract management. Her collaborations with reputed foreign law firms and multinational clients highlight her skill in harmonising Indian legal realities with global standards. 

Currently, as a Principal Associate at MZM Legal LLP, she leads litigation strategies for high-net-worth individuals, global conglomerates, and public sector undertakings, regularly appearing before the Supreme Court of India, the High Courts of Bombay and Delhi, and various Sessions and Trial Courts across the country.
